This year, COLOURFUL CARTS ARE COMING – a joyful and full of positive energy parade began in the Schiller’s Passage and went to Manufaktura. The parade was conducted by the wonderful Pipes & Drums from Częstochowa.

The debate organized as a part of Folk Inspirations concerned combining folk traditions with modernity. Five groups (from Poland, Belarus and Ukraine) were to answer questions referring to their youth approach to tradition and culture.

Folk in a Lodz way! The colorful and joyful group of festival artists appear from time to time in various city spaces and share their energy as well as play with folk.

Youth, joy, actions! The artists performed on the stage in front of the Youth Centre yesterday. There was also international and intercultural integration. See the way we had fun!

If you want to let someone get to know the culture of a given nation, it is good to start with cuisine. The real soul is hidden there. That is why we invited our foreign festival participants to take part in  culinary workshops “From Zalewajka to bigos“.
