FROM ZALEWAJKA TO BIGOS

If you want to let someone get to know the culture of a given nation, it is good to start with cuisine. The real soul is hidden there. That is why we invited our foreign festival participants to take part in  culinary workshops “From Zalewajka to bigos“.

They learned the secrets of preparing traditional Polish dishes, among which one could not miss ravioli, zalewajka or bigos. Yummy :)

All dishes were presented during our Folk Party – festival dinner.
