Traditionally, the most important part of the festival will be the prestigious GOLDEN BOAT competition. Competition presentations of festival participants from abroad and different regions of Poland refer both to the folklore of nations and works inspired by folklore taking into account contemporary interpretations. In this edition, there will also be the category THEATRE. It is not surprising that in this field the theme of folk is often chosen and interpreted. We are sure that theatrical etudes inspired by legends, folk stories and traditions of different nations are another interesting way of meeting with folk.
We are going to invite drama artists, street, fashion and physical theatres onto the festival stage. For artists, the competition will be a challenge because the presentations will take place in various unusual urban spaces. Our city will become a great stage and a unique background for unusual performances.

In addition, there will be a special award in the category: INSPIRATION – for the most contemporary form of folklore presentation.
